Toyota Repair: 1993 Toyota Previa Battery Terminal reversal, reversed polarity, fuse block

Question
I have a 93 previa. I was mistakenly given a battery by Autozone with  NON reversed polarity and accidentally installed it without checking the polarity before hooking it up. (YES I know better than this-) When I did this it blew the ALT fusible link, I replaced it. The van will turn over but not start. I have checked all of the other fuses in the fuse block in the dash. The EFI fuse was bad, replaced that one, still no start. ALL the rest are good. Is there any other fuse connections I am missing? AND could this FO-PA have shorted out the engine computer? How would I test this? The engine IS getting fuel, I did test that by taking off the fuel line from the top of the EFI.. when it turns over it does send fuel.  HELP!!

Answer
Check the 20A AM2 fuse in the box under the hood,if it's blown it will not supply voltage to the ignition system, there are two ther fuses that require attention,it sounds like the 100A fuse was already replaced, make sure the 50AM1 fuse is good, I think it's ok because it wouldn't crank if it was bad. I don't think the computer was harmed, the fuses normally blow before reverse current gets to it.
