Toyota Repair: 1994 toyota pickup wont start, toyota pickup, timing chain

i have a 94 toyota pickup was running perfectly, i pumped gas and from then on it just wont fire up. i changed the timing chain, checked the ecu with another, and i changed the fuel pump. i checked for spark on all for cylinders and there is spark. what do you think my next step should be? thank you any help is very appreciated.

It looks like you spent money on items that were most likely not necessary. Since it was not mentioned, I will assume that you have a 22-RE 4-cyl engine with unknown mileage.

Did you replace the fuel filter? Have you owned the truck since it was brand new? Is there an ignition kill switch located anywhere?
