Toyota Repair: 1990 Toyota Pick-up, repair man, fenders

Question
I have 1990 Toyota pick-up 4x4 where the cab, doors are completly damaged.

My question is :
Can I replace my damaged 4x4 regular cab, doors, fenders  with regular cab, doors and fenders from 1990 Toyota pick-up 2x4.

Answer
The body parts should be interchangable as far as my knowledge. I am not a body repair man...I'm a mechanical tech. I would make sure that the wiring does not differ in case one of the trucks is a V-6 or not. They could be routed in different places and have different ground locations.
