Toyota Repair: 95 Camry 4 cyl main drive pulley, drive pulley, chain wrench

I have tried everything to remove the main pulley(harmonic balancer) on my 95 Camry. I cannot get it off. Are there any tricks or tools I can purchase to help me?

The pulley has to be held stationary somehow, other than using and air wrench, this is about the only other way: you need a chain wrench wrapped around the pulley to hold it( a rental yard may have one you can rent) then you will need a long breaker bar, about 3ft. to break the bolt loose. Maybe I misunderstood, is the bolt already off but the pulley won't come off? Most of the time the pulley can be pulled off using two prybars, if not then a puller may have to be used, if there are two threaded holes in the front of the pulley you can use a pullet that has bolts that thread into those holes.
