Toyota Repair: 2004 Corolla Gear Selector Light, phillips screws, storage box

Question
Ted -
The gear selector light on my 2004 Corolla is out and needs to be replaced.  How difficult of a repair is this and how is it done?

Answer
The center console needs to be removed, pull the shift plate plastic cover off, remove two bolts inside the console storage box, remove the phillips screws that are visible, the front center storage box also has to be removed, the bulb is located on the left side of the shifter from underneath.
