Toyota Repair: Vehicle wont start, spark plug wires, crank pulley

Question
I have a 1993 4Runner V6 automatic 4x4 with 146,000 miles. I've reset the cam setting and crank position. Tried a new distributor, igniter, fuses, Oxygen sensor. And still the vehicle won't start. I have spark, I've tried spraying gas into the throttle body, and still will not run. I've pulled the plugs and they have fuel on them. I've changed the spark plug wires reset the distributor, and still no fire. I've even tested the ECU. What am I missing?

Answer
It sounds like the engine is not timed correctly, the cam timing may be off, make sure the #1 piston is all the way up with the crank pulley mark at zero, remove the upper timing cover and make sure that the notches on the cam gears are lined up with the marks on the sheet metal plate, make a mark on the distributor housing where the #1 plug wire connector is, remove the cap and make sure the rotor points at that mark.
