Toyota Repair: 91 Previa Van, fuses, relays

car was in a head collision. repaired, but back lights don't come on or operate.  Checked fuses, maybe relay is fried? need help.

do you mean back up lights or all lights?
You need to check all fuses in the vehicle !
I mean all fuses! Toyota's have circuits tied
into other circuits so one fuse blown can affect
something unrelated. Next step is check all relays.
