Toyota Repair: Code 121, obd ii, code numbers

Hello Tim I have a 1993 paseo with 213000 miles on it the check engine light came on and i bridged the terminals TE1 and E1 and flashed a code of 121 can you tell me what it is    Thanks Sam

I have a factory 1992 Paseo repair manual in front of me.
The highest the code numbers go to is 51. All Toyota codes until the
mid 90's had about 85 for the highest number code. When the OBD-II
computer system connection came out then the codes were up into the
1700's. If its code 21 its the oxygen (02) circuit. That doesn't mean
that sensor is bad, take it out and clean it real good, reinstall and
clear computer.
