Toyota Repair: loss of coolant, electrical connector, control switch

2000 echo  started getting warm,,I think it is the fan  but what do you think?  switch or relay etc..?

If the fans don't come on when the engine gets hot then the problem may be the temperature control switch, it's located in the bottom of the radiator, when the electrical connector is removed the fans should run all the time, if so then the temp switch should be replaced.
