Toyota Repair: 03 Corolla Power Door Lock Not Working, power door locks, diagnostic steps

Question
QUESTION: My 03' corolla has only 37000 miles. The front passenger and rear passenger power door locks do not function. The driver side door lock functions intermittently. The driver side rear door is the only door lock that works. The door panel button when pressed only makes a clicking noise. It do not lock or unlock the door. Neither does the key from the outside. The dealership wants to replace the  cable actuators at a cost of $385 for each door!! Any other way not to get ripped off? Your advice is appreciated.

ANSWER: I think there is another problem and I would get another diagnosis if possible from another dealer.

QUESTION: What else could the other problem be? I had the same diagnosi from a Pepboys garage.I need this fixed!

Answer
Thank you for the reply, since two places came up with the same solution to the problem I would recommend following their recommendation and replace the necessary actuators, it just seems a little unusual for all three to be failing, the only other thing I can think of that may be the cause is the integration relay which controls the door actuators among other things, I don't know how much diagnostic time was put in but a knowledgable technician can determine the cause by following certain diagnostic steps outlined in the repair manual to arrive at whether the integration relay or the actuators or the wiring is the problem.
