Toyota Repair: 99 4Runner Antenna, antenna mast, antenna assembly

I've replaced my antenna a couple times (first time car wash got me, next time a part broke).  Well my current antenna goes up and down fine, but now when it goes up, it makes a loud noise for 12 seconds after it is fully extended.  Kind of a grinding sound.  The top of the antenna is bent a bit but it doesn't seem to have any issues going up or down. Ugh, but that noise...

The antenna should be reoved and disasembled and any broken pieces of antenna mast removed from the transport mechanism, the antenna plastic cable may also need to be replaced, if the cable is not broken and there are no broken pieces inside then the whole antenna assembly should be replaced.
