Toyota Repair: transmission of 1991 tercel, trans fluid, half dollar

Question
I have had no problems with my trans with this car ever. I never really took the car very far out of the town. but i took it on a two hour cruise. and when i got to the place with no problem. i notice that i had a little trans fluid on the pavement, not a lot, but it was more then a half dollar wort on the ground. i checked the fluid and it was not dirty or low. what do you think could be wrong. is it the seals to the crankshaft, should it be something that i need to worry about, can i still drive home or should i have it towed. thanks any help will be great

Answer
It should be ok to drive back, the leak seems to be small, are you sure it's transmission fluid and not engine oil, in either case check both engine oil and atf at about halfway and when returning home, it should be ok for the 140 miles or so that you are away.
