How hard to replace the water pump, when I fill the radiator, it pours out water in the Front of the engine, it had been running hot.

Thye timing belt has to be removed as well and probably will need to be replaced, it's not that difficult, the hardest part is removing the crankshaft pulley bolt, an air wrench is recommended to remove it, if there is not one available then the pulley needs be be held stationary and the bolt loosnes with a long breaker bar and a socket.
