Toyota Repair: 1989 Toyota Celica Key Broken in Ignition, toyota celica, release pin

The end of my key broke off in the ignition. I want to know how to get the best way to replace the tumbler or an easy way to get the key out. The steering is locked in place. I have the plastic off. I just want to know the best way to go about removing and replacing the ignition.

Try to put the other piece of the key bak in and see if the cylinder can be turned to the "ACC" position, if so locate the release pin on the lock housing, it's in a small hole, depress the release pin to pull the lock cylinder out, if it can not be put in the acc position it's either the dealer or a locksmith that can help.
