AnswerI tmay be a problem with the fuel pump and not electrical, there may be no fuel pressure. The fuel pump can be activated using the diagnostic check connector next to the driver's seat, by putting a jumper wire between the terminals fP+B+(key on) the fuel pump is powered up directly, all relays are bypassed, if the fuel pump does not run it needs to be replaced but if it does run and make pressure then there is a problem with a relay or fuse, by the way have all the fuses been checked, especially the ones marked "EFI, ECU-B,IGN" etc?
