How do I replace the cabin air filter in my 2006 Toyota Corolla?

Op[en the glove box, on the right side there is what looks like a small shock absorber, pop it off the plastic mount or remove the phillips screw if it has one then squeeze the sides of the glove box to release it and let it drop down, the filter is located right behind the glove box in a what looks like a small drawer, press the plastic tabs on the ends to pull the tray out.
