Toyota Repair: Toyota issues., model toyota, transmission filter

HI,
I'm concerned that my Toyota has a check light on and sometimes will drive and reverse perfectly fine.Then other times it won't do anything. I know some of the motormounts are damaged and I'm having them changed. Once the motormounts and muffler sensors are changed will the car run fine and will my check light be gone. About a month ago I had the transmission filter and oil changed and it ran fine for about a month. So now those parts are being changed but I'm concerned that its my transmission, so can you give me an idea of what it can be.

Yes I can probably help but I will need the trouble codes stored in the computer that causes the check engine light to turn on. I would recommend not doing anything else until you can tell me what the trouble codes are, then go from there. Also I would need to know what year and model toyota it is.
