Toyota Repair: Idle control valve, vacuum line, idle control valve

Question
My car started loosing RPMs, and the temp was running a little high.  I inspected the air intake and found the vacuum line was almost totally cracked off.  The car is also stalling while driving.  After I put the the air intake assemble(hose) on, it is running but is still cutting out at various times.  Is the idle control valve.  Where is it located and the best way to clean it? Thanks

Answer
The IAC valve won't cause cutting out, it only affects idle speed, maybe a tune up is needed that would include spark plugs and wires etc. it would depend on what year/model it is and the mileage, since I don't have that information I can't make any other recommendations at this time.
