Toyota Repair: Corolla 96 cant start, toyota corola, starter fluid

Question
I have a Toyota Corola 1996. It can't start. It only starts when I spray starter fluid into intake. I replaced fuel pump (after market), fuel filter, pressure regulator but it can not start. It only starts when I spray starter fluid into intake. it starts as soon as I spary starter fluid into the intake (where the air filter is)and when I turned off the engine and start it again then it will not start unless I have to spray starter fluid again. Would you please tell me what should I fix? Thanks a lot.

Answer
It's obvious that the engine is not getting any fuel pressure, is this the reason the fuel pump was replaced? When did this problem start, did it happen after getting fuel? Were you driving and the engine just stalled? Have any other repairs been made recently? Start by checking all the fuses under the hood and also inside under the fuse cover on the lower left side of the dash.
