I just bought a 1997 Toyota Rav4.  It has power locks.  How can I find out if it is equipped with a keyless entry system?

This model did not have factory installed keyless entry systems, all keyless systems were dealer or port installed, to find out if it has a keyless system move the driver's seat all the way foreward and look for a small computer box under the seat, if it has the box then the toyota dealer may be able to sell a remote to you, the system is called an RS3000 keyless entry system. After you have the remote I can instruct how to program it so it will work.
