Toyota Repair: Camry alternator belt tensioner, alternator belt, belt tension

Question
I'm trying to change the alternator belt on a 2002 4 cyl Camry but can't locate the belt tightener. Would you be able to explain where it is?

The belt auto-tensioner is located on the front near the right side of the engine, it has what looks like a 19mm nut on the front, to release the belt tension put a long wrench on it and move the spring loaded tensioer so that the belt can be removed.
