Toyota Repair: 2000 Toyota camry no power, toyota camry, fuse panel

Question
I have a 2000 toyota camry that was sitting in my garage for 4 weeks. I tried to start it but the battery was dead. I replaced it with a new battery. Now the engine starts but I cannot put it into gear nor does the power windows, power, seats or remote lock/unlock work. What could be wrong and how do I fix it ?

Answer
Check the 120 amp alternator fuse under the hood in the black fuse panel near the battery, it's probably blown and needs to be replaced, the fuse is bolted in and can't just be pulled out, it requires removal and disassembly of the fuse box to get to the bolts. After replaing this fuse check all the other fuses inside the cabin and also under the hood because if the alternator fuse goes it usually takes some other fuses with it.
