Toyota Repair: 1990 toyota 4runner v6, air flow meter, intake air temperature sensor

Question
First I would like to know where the intake air temperature sensor is on this truck! Also I have just bought this for the winter (we have nice ones here in Quebec,Canada)and it seems to idle low and doest not have much power

The IAT sensor is part of the air flow meter, it's located in the a/f meter. Without more information I don't really know how to answer the last question because of the many possibilities that can cause these symptoms. A few fundamental causes could be an engine misfire, an intake system leak, a slipped timing belt etc., keep in mind that these engines did not have a lot of power to begin with( I speak from experience because I used to own one)you should check the basic engine functions such as the ignition timing and check for a misfire.
