Toyota Repair: Choking on - 1995 Toyota V6 Camry Automatic, toyota v6, fuel conditioner

Hi Ted,
This is for 1995 Toyota V6 camry at 215,000 miles automatic transmission.
I was driving on a freeway, on a stop and go traffic suddenly it started choking almost stall and at the same time the check engine light came on.

The dealer recommended the following:

1.Replace air filter
2.Replace IAC valve and gasket
3.De-carbon engine valves, service t-body
and add fuel conditioner.

The dealership did all these recommendations but the problem got worst. It's still choking and almost stall at stops. The engine is shaking,the check engine light is still on the problem was not fix.

I hope you can give me an answer.

In order for me to help I need to know the diagnostic trouble code that made check engine light turn on, take it back to the dealer and tell them they owe you at least another diagnosis if not a complete refund because they didn't correct the problem, please have any trouble codes for me when following up so I can help.
