Toyota Repair: toyota takes long to satrt, 22re, cold start

Question
i have a 92 toytoa 4x4 with a 22re. in the mornings it starts right up but after its running and i shut it off to get gas or something it takes a long time to start like 30 seconds or more. ive changed the tempeture sensor. disributor. and coilthrottle body cleaned it injectors fuel pressure regulator and it still does it i can not figure out what the problem is and the onlky check enginge code i got out of it was knock sensor and i dont think that would do it

Answer
The knock sensor won't cause this problem, try replacing the cold start time switch, it's located near the thermostat housing, the dealer can show you the exact location on the parts department's computer. It may cause the cold start injector to stay open when warmed up causing flooding.
