Toyota Repair: 1996 Corolla, electronic modules, deterent

Question
I had to replace the battery and now it won't start.  The alarm system yells at me every time I try to start it and won't turn off, I have to disconnect the battery.   We had a wireless entry but have not used that in some time.  Don't know the proceedure to turn off the theft deterent or how to get the car to start or stop yelling.....Thanks for your help!!!! Desparte in Texas.....

Hi Michael, I am not sure of the problem but those electronic modules have internal memory and if module battery is dead at the time u disconnect battery it may have lost memory. In this case if factory alarm u go to Toyota if aftermarket check with manufacturer. hope u have not reverse the terminals( that could damage it.I do not know haw the care is wired for starting authorization.
