Toyota Repair: drivers side mirrow/removing door panel, side mirror, plastic covers

Please help! I am attempting to replace my driver's side mirror (power windows) and it appears I need access to plug in the power cord and must remove the door panel.  I have unscrewed all outside screws I can see, but it won't budge. Please advise what I should do next. Thank you!

Without knowing what year/model it is I can't be real specific, sometimes there are screws hidden under plastic covers that have to be removed, there may be a screw under the cover inside the armrest or under a small cover under the the inside door handle, you may also consider just cutting the wires and then splicing them together matching the color codes of the wires.
