Toyota Repair: 1994 toyota pickup idleing, vehicle speed sensor, throttle position sensor

i have a 1994 toyota pickup 4x4 22re i just had a new motor put in. engine runs good but it takes spell when you apply the brake when you stop the engine surges idles up and down.sometimes when it reaches operating tempature it does fine until i turn the a.c. on. also it takes longer for it to idle down when first starting the engine at warm up.i ran a jumper wire on the diognosis box and showed up 25,42,51

Possibly an untake system leak, maybe a vacuum hose disconnected or an intake hose air leak, something didn't get connected back correctly when the engine was replaced, the code 25 is a lean condition code, this indicates an air leak of some sort on the intake system, this needs to be dealt with first, the 42 code is a vehicle speed sensor signal malfunction, the 51 code is a possible throttle position sensor issue.
