Toyota Repair: 2000 Sienna turn signal clicking noise, toyota sienna, hi mike

The other day, our 2000 Toyota Sienna began making a clicking noise, the same noise as the turn signal, but faster.  It comes on even when you don't have the turn signal on.  It may eventually go away, but then if you use the turn signal or even turn, it will come back, usually for a minute or so.  It's very annoying.  My wife played around with the fuses some, but to no avail.  Any ideas what could be the problem?

Hi Mike, the only way i know is to find this relay. then check with wiring diagram the function of it. it could be shorting to power or ground for certain moments.
if you have the original manual check there after you have located that relay. not all relays are in fuse relay block.
