Toyota Repair: 2000 Toyota Solara, vacuum hoses, little flow

Question
I have a 4 cylender 2000 Solara and the check engine light is on. So I took it to Auto zone to run a test. And the code they gave me was P0401 "the ECM has detected too little flow on the EGR system". My question is where is the EGR Value on my car so I can change it? And do you know Of any other solutions for this problem?

Answer
The EGR valve is never the problem, the two most common causes for the EGR gas insufficient flow is the EGR modulator valve and the EGR VSV(vacuum switching valve) the modulator is located on the EGR valve attached with a metal bracket, it's the black plastic round valve with vacuum hoses going to it, the VSV is a little harder to get to as it's located under the intake manifold, you can try to just replace the modulator and clear the light and see what happens but if the light comes on again for the same reason then the VSV will need to be replaced.
