Steering Column Repair: Turn signal switch, tilt column, gmc 1500

1969 GMC 1500 tilt column. I have removed everything down to the switch including the 3 screws, turn lever & hazard button(w/switch depressed). Now, how do I get it to come out?

They are broken down into step by step 2-3 minute detailed videos with instructions. Although the videos are for a newer Chevrolet truck, the column is very similar to yours.
