Toyota Repair: 99 Toyota Sienna Ignition Tumbler, case tumbler, release pin

I found your answer to a question regarding an ignition case (tumbler) that said you would describe how to replace this part yourself if you could turn the key to the ACC position.  I cannot turn the ignition any further and am in this position.  Would you please tell me what I need and how to fix this problem?  Thanks

The ignition lock cylinder needs to be replaced, we know that, you should get the new cylinder from the toyota dealer first so you can locate the release pin. As long as the key is in the ACC position the cylinder can be pulled out by depressing the pin. Remove the plastic covers around the steering column the locate the pin hole on the housing and depress the pin to release the cylinder.
