Toyota Repair: Update for Cigarette Lighter Acessory Zapping, power fuse, wiring circuits

Ted, I forgot to mention that the clock also went out, then came back on (wrong time).  I was told to check to see if cigarette lighter worked, it now does not.  Fuses checked today, none blown.  Don't know if they checked lighter as I had not checked that yet.  Was told I possibly fried a wire in the harness.  Please help with this!

You need to recheck all the fuses,check the ones in the dash, if the clock displays the wrong time and the cig lighter doesn't work there is still a blown fuse, check the "power" fuse located on the fuse panel on the lower left of the dash, also check the dome fuse, the fuses are there to protect the wiring circuits so I seriously doubt that the wires burned.
