Toyota Repair: Rattling sound over bumps, strut rod, rattling sound

Question
I have a '95 toyota that is making a rattling sound whenever I drive over bumps.  The sound is noticeable over bumps while driving straight, but particularly present when turning right.  I had the struts replaced a month ago and recently had two new tires put on the front.  The folks at Carx replaced the right front ball joint today and that hasn't solved the problem.  (I'm not sure why they didn't replace both the left and right; I plan to investigate this tomorrow.)  At any rate, any idea as to what may be the source of this sound/problem?

Answer
There are a couple of possible causes for this, the struts were not installed correctly, or at least the one on the right side, the top of the strut rod is indexed to the upper strut mount, if it's not lined up right there will be a noise, it's also common for the upper mounts to wear and if they were not replaced when the struts were replaced they need to be replaced to solve this problem.
