QUESTION: "also clean the throttle body with some throttle body spray cleaner and a brush."
OK ,now where is that located?I used electric parts cleaner on the MAF,is there a special "throttle body spray"?

Answer
Any autoparts store should have it, carburetor cleaner is the same thing, remove the large air intake hose that comes from the air cleaner, disconnect it at the other end, the throttle body opening becomes visible, you can see the throttle plate inside, manually open the plate by moving throttle lever then clean the inside of the opening.
