Toyota Repair: 92 TOYOTA P/U IGNITION..., lock cylinder, release pin

LOCK CYLINDER REMOVAL...KEY WONT TURN FROM LOCK POSITION WIGGLED IT, ALL THAT STUFF. THE BUZZER STILL BUZZES EVEN WHEN KEY IS REMOVED

Answer
The lock cylinder needs to be replaced, the key must be able to be put in the "ACC" position to push the cylinder release pin, there is a small opening on the lock housing, the pin can be pushed in through there and the cylinder pulled out, if it's not possible to get the key to the acc position the entire lock housing should be replaced.
