Toyota Repair: camary 94 overheating, electric cooling fans, water pump

I change the water pump the thermostat and it still over heats but I do not see any leak what could be the problem

Check the electric cooling fans to make sure the fan turns on, if it has a/c they both should turn on when the a/c is on, another common problem is that the radiator may be restricted causing a loss of coolant circulation, the remedy is to replace the radiator.
