QUESTION: Code 304 4cylinder mis fire , don't know if coil or spark plug or both 117,000 mile

The #4 cylinder is located on the driver's side bank of the engine in the middle, if the coil was the problem there would also be a #1 cylinder misfire since both of them are fired by the same coil, possibly a bad spark plug or a plug wire, check the wire with an ohm meter the resistance should be about 15k ohms, it's very common for the plug wire connectors to seperate from the spark plug wire connectors so check for that also.
