Toyota Repair: want start, pumping gas, valve timing

1991 corolla want start , but is fireing and pumping gas.

So it has fuel pressure and spark to the spark plugs, it needs a couple of more things to start, engine compression and the correct valve timing, check the timing belt, it may have slipped on the gears due to wear, the belt can be checked by removing the upper timing cover.If the belt is loose and worn then that may be the problem, it will still have spark but it will be out of time which will not allow the engine to start.
