Toyota Repair: 1989 toyota PU 4x4, clutch system, clutch master

The clutch pedal is getting soft. I have to hold it clear to the floor to get it in first and reverse. It is not making noise nor otherwise malfunctioning. What do you think?

Hydraulic leaks are common in the clutch system, there is a flexible hydraulic pressure hose on the right side near the firewall, these are known to leak, check the hose for a leak, also check the clutch master and the release cylinder on the side of the transmission both of them can leak at higher mileage and because of that fact I would recommend replacing both cylinders and the hose to avoid future problems.
