Toyota Repair: timing belt 1996 2.2 Camry, alignment marks, special tools

I have a 1996 Camry 2.2 liter and it needs a water pump and timing belt.  Are there timing marks on cam and crank? Should I replace tensioner and idler? Do I need any special tools?

Yes there are marks and there should be alignment marks also on the new timing belt. About the tensioner and idler, that is up to you. They could last forever, or they could start howling tomorrow. No you should not need any special tools. Have any troubles, contact forum again.
