Toyota Repair: 94 GEO Prizm Fuel Pump Problem, geo prizm, fuel pump

Question
The fuel pump in my daughter's Prizm stopped working.  There is no voltage at the pump.  Both relays are working, but I don't get a voltage at the energizing circuit at the opening relay.  I don't get continuity between the two relays for this circuit.  I can't energize the pump from the diagnostic terminals by jumping the B and FP connectors. I also can't get continuity from any terminal on the pump connector to the diagnostic FP connector.  I don't see any obvious wire damage, such as fron rats.  What could be going on?

Answer
Try jumping directly from the battery to the FP terminal and see if the pump runs, if not check the blue/black wire going to the fuel pump for voltage, if there is voltage and the fuel pump still doesn't run the problem is the fuel pump. If there is no voltage at this wire then there is an open circuit in this wire.
