Toyota Repair: no fuel, crank angle sensor, crank sensor

Question
PLEASE HELP.. so after driving my 90 4runner 22re and having a major oil leak, i parked it for a summer engine swap. after sitting for about 2 months i went out to move it and found that it was not getting any fuel all of the sudden. after some checking i also found with a noid light that there is no longer any injector pulse when cranking. i was wondering where the computer gets its info for firing the injectors as on this engine i can find no reference for a cam or crank sensor...i am leaning towards a computer issue but any input would be GREATLY appreciated.thanks

Answer
The ECM gets two signals, one is from the igniter, which is the IGF signal, this tells the computer that there is spark to the spark plugs, the other signal comes from the distributor which is the NE signal, it is the rpm signal that tells the computer the engine is turning over, if either of these signals is lost the injectors will remain turned off.  There is no cam or crank angle sensor other than these signals. So it seems that there are two areas of concern, either the distributor is having the problem or the igniter module, first check to see if there is spark at the spark plugs, I think you will find that this is not the case. The distributor is a prime cause for a no spark condition second is the igniter, the ECM is the least likely cause.
