Toyota Repair: Under the hood fuse block, fuse block, retaining clips

Question
I am in process of changing out one of the fuses in the under-the-hood fuse block. It is the ALT 100 A, which is one of the three which is located in the lower left section of the block.  How the hell do I get it out? The three seem to be held in by a bolt or something simular. Can you help me?

Answer
Yes the 100A alternator fuse is attached with two small bolts, you can try pulling the part that has the fuse in it up by releasing the small retaining clips, if that doesn't work the fuse block has to be unbolted and the bottom cover removed to get to the bolts.
