My Check engine light has come on also the overdrive light flashes and I have no Speedometer or Tach.

The overdrive light is flashing because there is a service issue and your speedometer or Tach is probably related to the same problem. Your check engine light could be linked to the same circuit letting you know the same thing. I would assume that either the cable or sensor that operates your tach and Speedo has failed. My honest recommendations would be to take it to a qualified Transmission shop, or Toyota repair facility and have it serviced. I realize this will cost a little now, but it could cost much more if not addressed.
