Toyota Repair: 96camry gas pedal, air intake hose, throttle plate

4 cyl. 160K miles. After stop at trafic lights, the gas pedal is hard to press when the trafic lights turn to green. After press hard, the car goes "quickly". It's not happen ALL TIMES, but sometimes. I just can't figure out when it'll happen.

A common problem is that the throttle plate is sticking due to carbon builtup in the throttle bore, the solution is to remove the air intake hose and clean the throttle body with a throttle body cleaner and a brush to remove all of the carbon that has accumulated.
