Toyota Repair: Toyato Camry, strut mounts, toyota camry

I have a 1999 Toyota Camry and it has some noise under the front hood when it is on a bumping place.  I went to the dealer today, and they said that the Strut Mounts were the problem.  After replacing the front pair of the strut mounts (costed $486!), I still heard the noise when I drove it home.
What I should do?

Their diagnosis was correct, the strut mounts are the problem but if the noise is still there I would recommend that you take it back to the dealer and have them recheck their work because they may not have been installed correctly, the top of the strut rods are indexed to the strut mounts and if not installed correctly will cause the noise.
