Toyota Repair: Prius flasher, turn signal flasher, led lamps

Question
The prius is a high tech vehicle with low tech lighting. (Except the headlights) I am replacing the tail and turn signals with LED lamps. I have replaced all but the rear turn signals and it looks excellent, but my wife says every lane change feels like some kind of emergency. The lamps are flashing at triple speed. I would like to replace the flasher with an electronic one that is not load dependent. Thanks,  Ed

-----Question-----
How do I remove the turn signal flasher on an 07 prius? It appears that the fuse box under the dash is supposed to slide forward but I sure don't see how. Without sliding something, a metal bracket is in the way and there is not enough room to remove the module. Thanks,  Ed
-----Answer-----
It would be extremely unusual for a flasher on a prius to need replacing, even if so it would still be covered under the warranty, if you can let me know what problem you are having or what you re trying to accomplish I may be able to help.

Answer
The turn signal flasher is located on the back of the junction block on the left side under the dash, the one that has all the fuses on it, look on the back of this block, the relay will say flasher or turn signal or something like that, it will be located near the bottom end of the block.
