Toyota Repair: Head lights, high beams, toyota celica

I have a 2001 Toyota Celica and my head lights are dead.  When I turned on my car the lights did not come on.  For some reason, when I switch on my high beams, my high beams come on but not all the way (they are dim) and my high beam light on my dash doesn't turn on.  I've checked my fuses and bulbs and they seem to be in working condition.  I have not had any wiring done but I have taken my car to the shop for some body work.  What do you think is wrong with it?

I think that there may be a wiring problem or a relay problem especially if the car was involved in an accident requiring body work, you should have the toyota dealer check to see what the problem may be, this could get a little complicated requiring extensive diagnostic work.
