Toyota Repair: Toyota RAV4, rav4 2001, toyota rav4

Question
We have the RAV4 2001 and we are getting water in the front and back
passager floor. There is a spot under the passenger seat that seems really wet
and keeps seeping water. My thinking is since it has been raining we have a
leak in the moonroof. We have pulled the wind deflector off and noticed the
clips that hold the thing on may be the problem because the seal is coming
off one of them.
Now we have warning lights coming on and the door locks keep locking over
and over. The dash warning lights are the door ajar and batter discarge
lights.

Answer
The system is shorting out most likely.

For the moonroof. They don't hardly ever leak, because they're designed to leak. There is a drain that runs from each corner of the mooroof to under the car. So it doesn't have to seal perfectly.
I normally see this when the drains have plugged up. You can blow them out with 20-40psi of air pressure to clear them & normally they're perfectly fine afterwards.

Without pictures of what you're talking about I can't really say much about it.
